How the containment works, common questions, and troubleshooting.
Paste any suspicious URL into the popup. Nothing loads on your real device yet.
The page loads inside a sandboxed, monitored frame — isolated from your browser profile.
Every blocked API call — cookies, popups, fingerprinting, exfiltration — is logged live.
The preview runs inside a locked-down iframe with no top-level navigation or popups allowed, so the page can never take over your real tab or spawn real windows — see Control Panel → Framing & Embedding for exactly what's blocked. Nothing is 100% risk-free, so avoid entering real credentials or personal data into a page you're only previewing.
Some protection layers (especially Strict mode, or Block Third-Party Requests) intentionally stop a page from loading parts of itself to prevent tracking and exfiltration. Try switching to Medium or Low protection from the popup for better compatibility.
Low favors compatibility with modern web apps. Medium (recommended) blocks tracking, fingerprinting, and hardware access while keeping most sites usable. Strict is total lockdown — maximum containment, but many sites will only partially render.
Yes, if Clear Storage on Close is enabled (it is by default in Medium and Strict) — cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, and cache created by the previewed origin are wiped the moment its tab closes.
No — WebRTC (IP leaks), camera/microphone, and geolocation are all blocked by default in Medium and Strict. You can review or change each one individually in the Control Panel.
Reloads Utilvo Sandbox. Try this first if the popup stops responding or protections seem stuck.
Restores the Control Panel to its recommended (Medium) defaults.
