1. Scope of Support

Utilvo provides free technical support for:

  • Reporting bugs or unexpected errors in any of our 1,600+ web tools.
  • Troubleshooting browser compatibility issues (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
  • Inquiries regarding our client-side data privacy architecture and DPA execution.

Support does not include creating bespoke custom software, providing legal/financial counsel, or recovering lost files that were already discarded from your local browser memory.

2. Response Time Objectives

While Utilvo provides its utilities free of charge, our engineering team monitors inquiries with the following target response windows:

  • Critical Platform Incidents: Within 4 hours (24/7).
  • General Bug Reports & Inquiries: Within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Enterprise Legal & DPA Requests: Within 2 to 3 business days.

3. Responsible Security Vulnerability Disclosure

We welcome ethical security researchers to identify potential vulnerabilities in our client-side WebAssembly sandboxing, Content Security Policy, or edge delivery configuration.

Responsible Disclosure Guidelines

  • Submit reports directly to our security team at info@utilvo.com with detailed reproduction steps.
  • Allow our engineers reasonable time (at least 30 days) to mitigate the issue before public disclosure.
  • Do not engage in activities that cause denial of service, degrade user performance, or violate data confidentiality.
