How to Convert Time Across Cities & Plan Global Meetings

Instead of converting one pair of time zones at a time, this interactive Time Zone Converter lets you compare an unlimited list of cities simultaneously using a synchronized 24-hour timeline slider:

  1. Pick Your Target Date: Select the meeting date in the calendar input so the browser's IANA engine applies the exact Daylight Saving Time (DST) rules active on that day.
  2. Add Participant Cities: Search by city or country name (in English or Arabic) to add every participant's location to the comparison list.
  3. Drag the Hour & Minute Sliders: Slide the Hour (0–23) and Minute (0–59) bars until all participant rows display green Work Hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) or acceptable amber Off Hours.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

As you drag the Hour slider, each city card automatically evaluates its local 24-hour time: 9:00 AM to 4:59 PM is marked in green as 'Work Hours', 5:00 PM to 9:59 PM (and 7:00 AM to 8:59 AM) is marked in amber as 'Off Hours', and 10:00 PM to 6:59 AM is marked as 'Sleep Hours'.
Different countries start and end Daylight Saving Time (DST) on different weeks of the year (or do not observe DST at all). Selecting the exact meeting date in the Date picker ensures the converter applies the correct historical or future DST offset for that specific day.
The converter opens with Cairo, London, New York, and Tokyo pre-loaded, and you can add as many additional cities as needed using the search box or remove any city with the trash icon.
Yes. Each city row displays both the converted 12-hour time and the corresponding local weekday and date (for example, 'Thu, Oct 18' vs 'Wed, Oct 17') so you never schedule a call on the wrong calendar day.
Click the 'Reset to Now' button in the Reference Time Controls header to immediately sync the date, hour, and minute sliders back to your device's current clock.
